The hardware keypad can be pushed under the screen when unused. LG has developed some custom software, called LiveSquare for the device. It can provide visual alerts on the home screen when friends have sent messages to the phone owner. Friends are represented by graphical avatars (see the photos). Messages are organized in threads for easier follow up of communication between friends. The 3 megapixel camera can capture video clips.
